We want every child to love what they receive. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it easy for you. Please read our simple returns process below.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, you must contact us directly through one of the channels below. Please include a clear explanation of the reason for your return along with supporting photographs of the item.

Your return request message must include the following information:

  • Your full name and order number
  • A clear and detailed reason for the return request
  • Photographs of the item clearly showing the issue or damage
  • Photographs of the original packaging if applicable
📷 Photos are mandatory. Return requests submitted without clear photographs will not be processed. Please ensure images are well-lit and clearly show the condition of the item.

Item Inspection Process

Once we receive your returned item, our team will carry out a thorough inspection to verify the condition of the product and the validity of the return reason stated.

  • All returned items are carefully examined upon receipt at our warehouse
  • Items must be returned in their original condition — unused and undamaged beyond the reported issue
  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included where applicable
  • If the returned item does not match the reported reason or is found to be misused, the return may be rejected
  • You will be notified of the inspection result via the contact channel you used to initiate the return
🔍 Our inspection process typically takes 1 business day after we receive the returned item. We aim to process all returns as quickly as possible for your convenience.

Refund Process

Once the returned item has been received and passes our inspection, your refund will be processed promptly. Refunds are issued exclusively to a bank account provided by you.

  • Refunds are credited within 3 business days of successful inspection
  • Payment will be transferred only to a bank account provided by the customer
  • We do not issue refunds in cash, vouchers, or store credit — bank transfers only
  • You must provide your bank account name, account number, and bank name
  • Refund will be made to the account holder name matching the order details
🏦 Bank Transfer Only: After inspection is approved, please share your bank account details via the same WhatsApp or email channel. Refunds will be completed within 3 business days of receiving your account details.

Eligible & Non-Eligible Returns

Not all items or situations qualify for a return. Please review the following conditions carefully before submitting a request.

✅ Eligible for Return:

  • Items received in a damaged or defective condition
  • Wrong item delivered (different from what was ordered)
  • Items with missing parts or accessories as listed in the product description
  • Items that are significantly different from the product shown on our website

❌ Not Eligible for Return:

  • Return requests made after 7 days from the delivery date
  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned without photographs or a valid reason
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or negligence by the customer
  • Change of mind or incorrect size/colour selection by the customer

Return Shipping

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back to us.

  • Return shipping arrangements will be communicated after your request is approved
  • For defective or incorrectly sent items, return shipping costs will be covered by Kids Book Library
  • Please do not return items without prior approval — unapproved returns will not be processed
  • Ensure items are securely packed to prevent damage during transit
📦 Do not send items back before receiving confirmation from us. Unapproved returns sent without prior communication will not be accepted and we cannot take responsibility for such items.
